Meet Melanie Skinner

Melanie holds a Diploma of Law from the Legal Practitioners Admission Board and is a member of the NSW Law Society. Melanie was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales and to the Register of Practitioners of the High Court of Australia in 2012.

After spending thirteen and a half years prior to admission working with two Sydney firms in insolvency, Melanie transitioned into the position of solicitor in the insolvency and litigation space in the Sydney office of an international firm prior to joining this firm in 2018. Melanie practises in insolvency and litigation, recoveries and restructuring, commercial and business law, personal property securities, farm debt mediation and costs assessment.

Melanie enjoys playing most sports, spending time attempting to train her dog in obedience and relaxing with her cat and family.
